What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the contract has been signed and sent back to me with the 50% non-refundable retainer, I email log-in credentials to access the planning form, timelines, and my music library.
All of this takes the new customer through a step-by-step process in planning the event.
For all my clients, I offer complimentary planning sessions, both in person and over the phone, to review the agenda. I encourage open communication all the way up to the date of the event.
How Do You Keep the Dance Floor Full at Charleston Weddings?
We read the room and adjust on the fly. Whether you’re partying with locals or out-of-town guests at a reception in Charleston Harbor Resort or Upstairs at Midtown, we mix genres, take live requests (if allowed), and keep the dance floor packed all night.

Yes to both. Every booking includes a detailed contract outlining services, timelines, and cancellation terms. We also have a network of professional Charleston DJs on-call as backups—just in case.
